    is a non-butyl, heavy duty traffic prespray and grease cutter

    that is effective on all kinds of soil over a wide range

    of dilutions.

  • Sure-Pass

    is our most versatile product and is used for all types

    of maintenance cleaning.

  • Dilute

    1:10 for heavy soil, 1:20 for medium soil. Use as is for

    copy toner.

  • Apply

    with a sprayer, brush in and let set for five minutes. Flush

    out with water.

  • Light

    tan liquid with a lemon scent.
